A.\u015e<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Firma faaliyetlerine 1980 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olup T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en eski genle\u015ftirilmi\u015f perlit \u00fcreticilerinin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul\u2019da yer alan bu tesiste her sekt\u00f6re uygun genle\u015ftirilmi\u015f perlit \u00fcretilmektedir. Sekt\u00f6rdeki uzun y\u0131llar s\u00fcren varl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bir\u00e7ok yerel ve uluslararas\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fteriye sahip olan \u015firket ayr\u0131ca perlit alan\u0131nda her t\u00fcrl\u00fc AR-GE \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na destek vererek yeni sekt\u00f6rlerde perlit kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmektedir. Tesisin mevcut genle\u015ftirilmi\u015f perlit \u00fcretim kapasitesi y\u0131ll\u0131k 20.000 tonun \u00fczerindedir.<\/p>\n<p>Genle\u015ftirilmi\u015f perlit \u00fcretiminin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, talep halinde anahtar teslim genle\u015ftirme tesisleri Genper taraf\u0131ndan uzman ekibiyle kurulmakta, yurt i\u00e7i ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00fcretim hatlar\u0131 tedarik edilebilmektedir. Tesis kurulumu firman\u0131n faaliyet alan\u0131na zenginlik katm\u0131\u015f, m\u00fc\u015fterilerinin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc talebine cevap verebilmesine olanak sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirketin di\u011fer bir \u00f6nemli faaliyet alan\u0131 ise sahip oldu\u011fu 12Adet mobil genle\u015ftirme f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131 ile Cold Box, Do\u011falgaz, Oksijen, Nitrojen tanklar\u0131n\u0131n izolasyonunu proje sahalar\u0131nda anahtar teslim proje olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmektir.<\/p>\n<div class=\"section-title mb-20 pt-20\">\n<h2>Genper Madencilik San ve Tic. Ltd. \u015eti.<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Firma 2006 y\u0131l\u0131nda faaliyete ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olup \u00f6zellikle perlit madeni \u00e7\u0131karma, k\u0131rma, eleme, tasnif etme ve i\u015fleme konusunda faaliyet g\u00f6stermektedir. Perlit rezervi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a zengin olan lisansl\u0131 perlit sahalar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan ham perlit \u00fcr\u00fcnleri hem kalite hem de genle\u015fme oran\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyadaki perlit ocaklar\u0131yla rekabet edebilecek durumdad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca i\u015fletilen perlit ocaklar\u0131 olduk\u00e7a homojen bir yap\u0131ya sahip olup d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131kla genle\u015fti\u011finden m\u00fc\u015fterilere enerji tasarrufu da sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. K\u0131rma eleme tesisinde \u00fcretilen \u00e7e\u015fitli boyutlardaki ham perlit \u00fcr\u00fcnleri m\u00fc\u015fteri talebine g\u00f6re \u00fcretilip, paketlenerek ve gerekli t\u00fcm kalite kontrol s\u00fcre\u00e7leri konusunda uzman ki\u015filerce laboratuvarlar\u0131m\u0131zda yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerine ihra\u00e7 edilmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin perlit kalitesinin t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada kabul g\u00f6rmesi ve rezerv a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan d\u00fcnyada en zengin sahalara sahip olmas\u0131 ham perlite olan ilgiyi art\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00fcnya pazar\u0131ndaki ihracat potansiyelini de b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde art\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fctahya Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesinde bulunan k\u0131rma eleme tesisimiz yakla\u015f\u0131k 300.000 ton y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fcretim kapasitesine sahiptir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca bu tesiste ham perlit k\u0131rma eleme tesisine ilave olarak konumland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f perlit genle\u015ftirme \u00fcnitesinde her \u00e7e\u015fit ve sekt\u00f6re uygun genle\u015ftirilmi\u015f perlit \u00fcretimi yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
